 Administrative:
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Support budgeting of office running costs
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Provide general support to partners, legal team and visitors
• Overseeing other office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
 HR:
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Build up and manage C&B process, HR relation process, HR planning budget
• Build up and evaluate KPIs' system
• Build up processes, regulations, documents related to HR.
• Propose internal training and staff development plan.
• Develop and propose the HR policy.
• Other duties assigned by Partners from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR plus Office Administrative Manager or equivalent position
• Bachelor degree
• Experience working in a service company
• Experience working in a law firm would be preferable
• Proficiency in English
Priority will be given to candidates who can start working immediately.
