Nhân Viên Pháp Chế (Legal Staff)
Mô tả công việc
• Contract/ document filing management;
• Support in licensing works/ coordinate with outsourced firm;
• Support in disputes settlement/ negotiations;
• Give accurate and timely advice in a variety of legal topics;
• Compliance control;
• Maintain record and update on company information and legal representative change/ POA;
• Risk management and provide timely warnings/ solutions;
• Represent the department as required in liaison with the business units/ external parties;
• Directly report to Senior Legal Counsel.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 1- 2 year experience as a Legal Counsel in the business environment or law firm;
• Having knowledge and understanding of corporate/investment law and procedures;
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
• Knowledge in real estate/ manufacturing section will be preferable;
• Time management and Problem Solving;
• Communication skills;
• Leadership;
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines;
• English proficiency level: Intermediate or higher;
• Bachelor degree in Law;
• Reference information is required.
