+ Analyst and define key customers / tracking key accounts metrics
+ Provide weekly/monthly/yearly sales volume forecast, payment update
+ Handle key contractors and develop potential contractors to be key contractors
+ Develop more customers/ projects to increase volume
+ Build up network with construction companies, contractors and projects
+ Work with architects and designers to influence the project specifications.
+ Identify key needs of professional construction market
+ Pre-sales activities for contractors, and non-contractors
Yêu cầu công việc
* EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
+ University (construction degree, construction materials).
+ Good hands-on knowledge of cement / construction chemicals.
+ Presentation, interpersonal and communication (both verbal and spoken English) skills.
+ Business exposure preferred.
+ English knowledge: medium.
* RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
+ At least 2-3years - experience in Sales or Business development/Pre-sale
