* Marketing Strategy
- Business Plan: Responsible for developing overall marketing strategy, annual business plan and competitive growth strategies for assigned services lines, create monthly marketing activities for all channels of business, utilize sales teams to create custom programs to fit their needs.
- Conceptual Thinking: Develop winning innovation and communication concepts based on consumers insights to grow assigned services lines.
- Collaborate with marketing communications team to execute public relations activities, content development, event marketing and digital marketing efforts, as needed.
* Consumer Understanding
- Insights: Deeply & continuously listen and understand our customer and generate valuable insights for concept work: always differentiate between the fact and the insight.
- Market Research: Implement and interpret market researches to withdraw business implication.
- Competition Watch: Regularly analyze and withdraw business implications.
* Brand Image & Standard
- Ensure on-brand communication: Set commercial targets, brief advertising agency, evaluate creative art work, manage consistent quality.
- Ensure on-brand execution: Establish and control brand standards in the areas of product, service, price, promotion, and other communication touchpoints.
* Media Strategy & Communication Plan
- Media Efficiency: Judge and track media plan and control target achievements post-campaign regularly
- Think Digital: Include Digital into to media mix/ media strategy as a pillar and generate key learnings for function.
* Ensure all internal and external partners adhere to the Brand guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor or advanced Degree at Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Good English communications.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing field especially in Brand Marketing and 2 – 3 years in manager position, preferably in retail or medical service.
- Excellent project and time management, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation & negotiation skills.
- Analytical, independent thinker - Creative & strategic knowledge.
- Strong leadership, strong entrepreneurial, team management, coaching and development skills.
- Facebook and other social media platform knowledge.
- Take accountability and ownership of projects from start to finish.
