* Marketing & Advertising
- Execute marketing strategies and campaign for various markets
- Execute Marketing & Advertising plans
- Acting as liaisons between media/ suppliers
- Supervise photo shooting/video shooting suppliers throughout their execution at our spaces; working with other operation teams for pre-production arrangement
- Coordinate between graphic designers & other departments to design artworks required and for offline/online advertisements
- Analyzing and investigating prices, demands, promotions, activities of competitors
- Maintain database (Media/ Kols/ Influencers/ Communities)
* Outlets' Promotion plan
- Collate promotional content for updates
- Execute Promotion plan
- Monitor & arrange the distribution of promotional materials
* General
- Execute daily tasks following the Marketing plan
- Be responsible for Marketing admin tasks
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager and the management.
* Marketing reports
- Collect media clippings on a monthly basis
- Marketing reports
- Expense report

* Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and suppliers
- Creative
- Good communications skills
- Digital savvy
- Adequate writing & spoken skills in Vietnamese and English. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory
- Eager to learn and develop. Experience in the hospitality industry / Fashion industry/ Marketing field is a plus.
* Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, advertisement, brand management or related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in marketing communication functions
