Loan Documentation Manager

• Responsible for processing loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and product features
• Responsible for the daily workflow within the department which may include the creation (as maker), review (as checker), or regulatory compliance of loan documentation
• Be able to perform high volume, time sensitive duties related to the loan documentation which includes researching and problem solving to minimize documentation risk to ensure departmental service levels are met;
• Provide contribution to enhance the process and/or procedures to improve TAT while policies are still ensured.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor degree in banking faculty with a minimum of 3 year loan processing/review experience
• Working knowledge of Lending processing for Personal Financial Services (PFS), Business Banking, Auto Loan and Mortgage Loan Types
• Good knowledge in Banking and local regulations
• Experience with computer software programs of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail, hard working
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Assist in training new team members
• English fluency in both speaking and writing
