Mô tả công việc
- Draft, negotiate and/or review various legal documentation entered into and binding upon Hanoi Branch/Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
- Provide appropriate legal comments/opinions/advice on the interpretation of local laws and regulations on a variety of topics upon Compliance Department or functional department’s request or when necessary.
- Follow up and evaluate to ensure the satisfactory outcomes of legal services provided by the external legal counsels.
- Undertake any other issues instructed by the Management or department head.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor of Laws.
- Language: Fluent in English
- At least 5 years practicing as a lawyer.
- Enterprise law, Civil Code, Commerce Law, Law on Credit Institutions, Banking Laws, Labor Code, Law on E-transaction, etc.
- Working experience in a law firm is preferred. Banking experience is not a must;
- Hands-on experience, can-do attitude, attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as within a team.
