Mô tả công việc
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, distribution contracts, franchise agreements, and NDAs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business operations comply with relevant F&B regulations, including health, safety, environmental, and labor laws.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Assist in protecting and managing the company's trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential legal risks, advising internal teams on minimizing liabilities in various business transactions.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay updated on laws and regulations impacting the F&B industry and provide timely advice to internal teams.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of legal documents, correspondence, and filings, ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of working experience in a law firm (having experience in Retail, E-commerce, or F&B is a plus)
- A strong focus on results comfortable in a high-paced environment and can multi-tasking.
- Strong MOS skillset
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Good negotiation, organization & communication skills
- Having abilities in risk management and experience in different types of contracts such as trade, leasing, etc.
