We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting legal operations, ensuring compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to internal teams. • Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, NDAS, partnership contracts, and internal policies.
• Support the negotiation process by identifying key legal and business risks.
• Ensure all company operations comply with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments on legal matters including labor law, data privacy, and corporate governance.
• Monitor legal trends and provide recommendations to minimize legal exposure.
• Coordinate with external counsel as needed for specific cases or jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation.
• Assist in handling internal compliance training and policy updates.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Must have
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal support or advisory roles, preferably in a corporate or tech/startup environment.
  • Monthly team-building activities;
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance matters.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Nice to have
  • Experience working with cross-border contracts or international clients.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
  • Experience using tools like Google Suite, DocuSign, or contract management software.
