Legal & Compliance Specialist

- Draft, review Company's contracts/agreements drafted by related functional departments
- Ensure company’s compliance with regulations of SBV, AML, ABC and other relevant regulations
- Develop, maintain risk assessment framework for products, services, clients, customers and other issues relating to AML, ABC and other relevant regulations
Prepare, complete, file, follow up documents, dossiers, reports submitted SBV, DPI, other authorities regarding changing information of business operation
- Research regulations relating to legal/compliance issues
- Assist in managing and implementation the Business Continuity Program (BCP)
- Provide advice to business on legal/compliance related matters
- Draft, review, update or enhance internal processes, policy, guidelines
- Draft, review, check official letters to customers or reports to regulators from other relevant departments
- Prepare, coordinate with relevant departments, review, complete reports to State Bank of Vietnam and other state agencies
- Coordinate, manage updating new regulations to ensure all regulations affecting Company’s operation will be updated
- Work with relevant departments on gap analysis of new regulations
- Introduce new/updated regulations relating to business to relevant departments
- Assist in preparing, providing training program to company’s staff, service providers, outsources employees
