• Remain and develop good relations with enterprises, financial firms, relatied organizers for investment banking business.
• Conduct and consult clients (enterprises) about products and services of capital market including capital mobilization consultant, listing procedures, corporate financial restructure, merger and acquisition advisory, and other management consulting in accordance with the request of the clients
• Update circulars and laws relating to the investment banking activities
• Research, analyze and estimate fair value for investment banking trend
• Complete other tasks assigned by management
• Report directly to the Head of IB department

• Experience:
- 3-5 years of working experience in the same position for securities companies, fund management companies, auditing companies and other financial institutions
- Exeperience in IB sale or client relation management for banks
- Good achiviement in sales with cooperative clients and manage big brand name clients
• Qualifications: Bachelor of securities, economics, finance, banking, foreign trade in domestic and international universities
• Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of business and accounting operations of Vietnamese companies.
- Master the ethical standards related to ECM, DCM procedures.
• Computer usability: Moffice (words, excel, powerpoint, outlook,…)
• Skills:
- Good information collection, analysis, reporting and presentation skills
- Proficiency to independently analyze and evaluate corporate finance
• Dignity: Integrity; Independent thinking, Teamwork, professional working style, High working pressure, careful, meticulous
• English language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Other: Willing to travel.
• Preferred qualifications: Candidates those who have Master's degree or PhD in Economics / Finance or CFA / CPA certificates will be much preferable
