Head of Doubtful Debt Management Department (Legal & Compliance Division)

Due to supplement the personnel of management level to ensure effective operation of the Doubtful Debt Management Dept., Indovina Bank has demand to find potential candidates who meet the IVB’s requirements, details as follows:

* Tasks: Manage and execute operations of Doubtful Debt Management ensure to reach assigned plans according to IVB strategy in each period.

1. Planning/Budget
- Prepare and implement the operation plan of the Division from time to time;
- Manage, supervise the implementation of the operation plan of the Division in each period;
- Develop and implement policies to handle problem debts in the IVB system.

2. Manage and operate daily activities according to functions, duties of the department.

2.1. Doubtful debt management
- Building up action plan on management and collection of bad debts for submitting to the authorized management for approval.
- Monitoring the portfolio of debts settled by risk provision, suspended and net-off debts by regulations.
- Proposal for approval of debts recovery plan and monitoring debts recovery at Business Units.
- Proposal for mandating, transferring debts settled by risk provision to related partners for exploiting assets in solving bad debts as approved by the authorized management.
- Consulting, proposal solutions and direct handling bad debts collection and selling related collaterals in accordance with delegated authority.
- Being IVB's representative to follow up legal procedure, judgment enforcement upon BOE’s authorization (if any).
- Advising, supporting Business Units in managing and solving recovery of bad debts, problematical debts
- Implementing other tasks relating to solving bad debts issue as stipulated by IVB periodically.
- Control and approve periodic/unscheduled general reports on doubtful debt settlement according to regulations;
- Training doubtful debt management for units in IVB system.

2.2. Compliance
- Comply with the regulations of the law and IVB regulations, comply with the rules of professional ethics;
- Comply with the work assignment of the Block Director / Board of Management / Board of Members

3. Employee management
- Building up and managing staff's’ productivity.
- Allocating KPIs to staffs of dept.
- Following up and managing task fulfillment vs. target and budget. Appraising task fulfillment of staffs periodically.
- Allocating human resources logically, efficiently suitable with staff's professional skill and work task.
- Conducting training plan for staffs under dept.
