  • Advising Sales Manager on the strategy of developing the supermarket system.
  • Maintain and develop a professional sales system.
  • Negotiate and discuss annual sales contract terms.
  • Building and developing relationship with Director/Buyer.
  • Develop sales development strategy with customers annually and review quarterly/monthly.
  • Develop plans for display, hire, and listing of new products.
  • Maintain and increase the annual market share of the industry according to the plan.
  • Solve problems related to the customer in charge.
  • Building KPI, sales targets for employees to achieve business goals for each system/supermarket.
  • Efficiently use the assigned budget.
  • Exploiting business opportunities in each system/each supermarket.
  • Explore your competitors' sales strategies and activities.
  • Coordinate with Consumer Marketing / Field Marketing to build and implement brand goals, increase brand awareness, and market point-of-sale sales programs in supermarkets.
  • Manage the company's customer service quality, in the coordination of goods with logistics and coordination.
  • Manage salesman (SE) and marketing staff (PGs) from sales daily/week/month/year.
  • Participate in recruitment, training and evaluation KAS/PC.
  • Support and promote team spirit sales.
  • Make periodic reports on business results, analyze business situation and make timely recommendations to boost business results.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Age: From 30 - 38 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, economics, finance, and accounting (Priority graduated from the School of Economics, Foreign Trade and Trade,...).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position in managing MT Channels in the consumer goods industry or FMCG.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the equivalent of business data analysis.
  • Have at least 3-5 years working in the FMCG sector; experience in managing chain store/supermarket channel.
  • At least 2 years of experience in department / group management and staff management.
  • English communication.
  • Candidates with experience in regional sales management and sales work in the consumer goods industry;
  • Have good strategy and thinking skills.
  • Good job management and human resource management skills.
  • Communication, reporting, presentation and organization skills.
