- Make plan, organize to fulfill President’s direction.
- Make plan the strategies of sales and marketing for company.
- To manage sales & marketings in the whole of Viet Nam.
- To manage sales team to achieve the targets of company.
- To build up most efficiently sales developing strategy.
- To build up the training plan of domestic sale and marketing divisions.
- To apply most efficiently the strategy, policy of company to all staffs of domestic sale and marketing divisions.
- To build and spend most efficiently marketing budget.
- To build plan, solution and organize to fufil the targets - policies of company sales & marketings.
- To report sales & marketings to president monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduation major in Foreign trade, Marketing, Business administration,...
- Minimum: 5 - 10 years.
- English or Chinese fluently.
- At least 3 years experience in same position in FMCG.
