General Accountant

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Be responsible for managing, performing all accounting duties, and reporting financial information.

DUTIES

• Ensure accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of financial statements; manage Vietnam based financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Set up tax reports, statistics, and tax finalization in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and the Company fully and on time.
• Check the balance between detailed and aggregated accounting data.
• Statistics and synthesis of accounting data upon demand.
• Check and approve all accounting documents such as payable and receivable, input and output vouchers, payment orders, assets.
• Handle accounting daily operations and all taxation issues.
• Ensure all revenue and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner and explainable.
• Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, allocation prepayment.
• Record software, data arguments record on the software, identify accounting errors, track the causes, and make adjustments, corrections.
• Record and preserve all accounting documents in accordance with the regulations of financial accounting.
• Other tasks as required by the Chief Accountant or General Director.
• Working Place: Factory B3, Factory B4, Long Hau - Hiep Phuoc Street, Extended Long Hau Industrial Park Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District Long An (30 minutes by motorbike from District 7).
• Transportation: commute to work by personal means.
