Finance Controller
Mô tả công việc
- Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant departments, eg.: Head of BU, Group CEO, Group FC, Accounting, IT, HR, etc.
- Prepare reports & analysis for Monthly Performance Review meetings (Actual vs Budget). Be responsible for cost management and financial analysis;
- Prepare feasibility study (FS, or financial model) for new stores; control and compare FS vs. reality. Post-evaluate stores performance vs. FS after opening.
- Forecasts and preparation of budgets and re-forecasts.
- Estimate mid-month P&L with explainable assumptions and reasons.
- Ensure the control and management of working capital (inventory, payable) is in place and in accordance with the company policy
- Assist on implementing financial policies, control procedures and system (if any)

Managerial skill:
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Good time management skills, problem solving skills and prioritizing skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
- At least 3 years experience working in accounting/finance/audit, prioritize candidates who have experience of FMCG, retail, e-commerce companies
- High expertise of business accounting/ Cost management skills
- Systematic & strong analytical mind
- Strong business acumen
- Good time management skills, problem solving skills and prioritizing skills
- Sharp personality, ability to work under high pressure & high adaptability
- Fluent English
