Mô tả công việc

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PR, social media (Facebook, Google, Youtube…) and display advertising, with/out the support of Agencies.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPA, ROI,…). Identify actions to define and reach strong growth KPI in Traffic, SEO, reach, …
• Implement and develop e-Mailing and Messaging (Zalo, Viber, SMS, Messenger, Whatsapp) services.
• Ensure the consistency of our public websites, Facebook fan pages, YouTube channels in terms of content, structure, quality… Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts).
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
• Design simple items like: poster, invitation letter, backdrop advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Other ad-hoc tasks based on request.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have experience of working in same position.
• Have education background about digital marketing and/or graphic design. (BA, College is a plus)
• Familiarity with design software and technologies. (Photoshop, Adobe, AI…)
• Proficient in website analytics tools (google analytics, webtrends…).
• Strong experience managing SEO/SEM, google analytics, tag management, …
• Strong experience in setting up and optimizing online advertising, google adwords campaigns, mobile advertising, e-mailing and messaging marketing (sms, zalo, viber).
• Very comfortable in understanding and using digital solution logic and structure, wordpress, and also in basic web technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices.
• To be creative, autonomous, and to be qualitative and quantitative results oriented.
• Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and being eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently methodically and meet deadlines
• Good time management & communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good in English verbal and written.
