• The DevOps Engineer will be the key resource who is responsible for the creation of CI/CD architectures and plans for our customers. This unique role will allow you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and processes, to assess their CI/CD needs and capabilities, and make architecture recommendations in the area of testing and automation.
• Consult directly with AGEST customers to assess and create CI/CD architectures and plans
• On-Call Rotations: Participation in on-call support for incident management. o Help Channel Support: Providing assistance and support through designated help channels.
• Telemetry Pipeline Maintenance: Regularly maintain the existing telemetry pipeline to ensure its efficiency and reliability.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to processes, systems, and projects.
• Strategic Project Support: Assisting with various strategic projects as required, adapting to the team’s evolving needs.
• Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customers’ requirements and statutory compliances
• Responsible for managing and implementing quality management policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to ensure competitive quality performance.

• Graduate Degree: In engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• DevOps Background: Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
• AWS Cloud Services: Proficient in using AWS services for cloud computing solutions.
• IaC and CM: Strong experienced with Terraform for Iac and Ansible/Chef for configuration management.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and GitHub for source control and collaboration.
• Artifact Management: Oversee enterprise repository systems like Artifactory to ensure reliable storage and distribution of build artifacts.
• Continuous Integration (CI): Knowledge of CI systems, specifically Jenkins and GitHub Actions, to automate testing and deployment.
• Javascript/Python Programming: Skilled in maintaining code in Python for various build pipelines.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Kubernetes package management using Helm, Kustomize.
• Observability Tools: Familiarity with DataDog for monitoring, alerting, and observability purposes.
• On-Call Support: Understanding of PagerDuty for managing on-call rotations and incident response.
• Experienced with XDR and SIEM system, on-call support (e.g., PagerDuty)
• Maintain and enhance the telemetry pipeline to ensure reliable data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Atlassian Suite: Proficient in Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.
• Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Windows, Linux.
• Technical Experience: Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, SOA (REST, microservices, serverless), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Configuration and Deployment Tools: Familiarity with Ansible, Docker, and CI tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Nice to have:
  • Testing and Automation: Knowledge of testing and test automation is a plus.
  • Basic data analytics skills
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a willingness to travel and work on - site
