- Take responsibility for consultancy activities under the charge of the Legal Department;
- Draft commercial contract, software agreements, Official Letter and other documents under assignments from Legal Department;
- Filing and manage company document records including licenses, permits, approvals, etc. of the Company, its affiliate and extract information whenever reasonably requested by stakeholders;
- Reviewing the legality, checking, correcting, supplementing, and completing documents for official letter, contracts in connection with company operation;
- Inspecting and giving legal advice to functional departments and divisions to ensure that all activities and policies of the company comply with applicable laws and regulations (at general level of retail trading);
- Assist the Company relevant department(s) in term of franchising law, global trading, shipping law, banking regulations or customs inspection, and customs clearance;
- Participate in building and updating the new Legal Database, Documents, and Institutions in accordance with state regulations. Studying and researching the latest information on advisory law for management;
- Responsible for consulting, carrying out related procedures to establishment/close down/relocate point of sales, promotional campaign registration, and trademark registration of company;
- Check, supervise and evaluate the performance of the company in accordance with internal rules and procedures of the company, the law and give advice to superior;
- Engage in coordination with external parties in terms of dispute resolving (including trading partners, law firms, and state agencies).

Yêu cầu công việc

- Major in Law/Commercial Law with minimum 03 years of legal experience working on law services.
- Fluent in English (all 4 skills)
- Familiar with International Trade Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, IP Law, Tax Law, Accounting Law.
- Can read and understand financial statements, P&L report.
- Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications.
- Working under pressure and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces global trading, and thrives in a dynamic fashion retail environment.
- Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions.
- MS office well-trained.
- Preference will be given to candidates with government antitrust experience.
