Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh (Business Development)

- Selling fitness product to corporate customers
- Prospecting and identifying new leads from existing customers, referrals, networking at appropriate events and conferences
- Arranging and conducting business meetings, make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services
- Understand the client requirements and then customize the product/services as per their needs.
- Negotiating contract terms and structuring deals with the aim of maximizing sales profits and customer satisfaction
- Support to develop quotes and proposals for clients (brands)
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Make monthly/annually report to Sales Director;
- Do other tasks as required by Director
Yêu cầu công việc
- Business Skills: Must have at least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales environment (banking, financial…).
- Have a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
- Industry experience: Corporate sales experience and knowledge of the market, competitor behavior, and strategy.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Address all questions which might appear during the sales and cooperation process
- Confidence, Analyzing skills, Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
