- Responsible for overall company sales target
- Build sales strategy and list of potential clients
- Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan for the company
- Closely monitor sales activities and manage team’s performance
- Responsible for hiring, building and coaching sales members to operate effectively and deliver results
- Develop and improve detailed system and processes necessary for sales operations
- Develop and maintain sales training program to maximize results from team members
- Responsible for target setting for team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Advise CEO on business and organizational matters
- Other tasks according to assignment from your direct report
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 years of experiences in sales
- Strong client service mindset, always put client first
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone
- Team player and fun lover
- Digital marketing experiences preferred
