- Lead the Marketing & New Product Development of a New Brand launch
- Implement new brand graphics on a wide range of product packaging
- Utilise new brand identity across a suite of POSM to build Brand awareness and visibility
- Establish procedures and policies for smooth running of the Brand
- Establish a Website and manage performance
- Monitor Sales performance weekly/ monthly
- Prepare Brand Strategy/ Brand development program
- Develop a New Product development program
- Launch planning preparation for both the Modern Trade channel and Horeca channel
- Preparing annual plans – Target and A&P forecasting, Marketing and Channel plan preparation
- Ensuring alignment across the Production, Sales & Marketing departments on field sales needs and marketing initiatives
- Works closely and cohesively with key suppliers
- Managing, tracking and reporting A&P to within budget limits
- Others works assigned by HOD
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Marketing or Trade Marketing background with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a leading consumer packaged goods company
- Experience in successfully launching new products, developing and executing activity plans for those products
- Good working knowledge of the Horeca & Modern Trade channels
- A good record of creating a winning approach in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on display & merchandising
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong reporting skills, numeric ability and sales analysis using Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong command of English in writing & speaking
- Interest in Western style Premium Food Products
