Area Sales Manager (GT)

- Build business targets for the assigned area in line with Company’s targets.
- Follow up, evaluate implementing the targets to make reaction plan on time, lead Sales force (Sales Sup, Sales man) to achieve targets.
- Ensure achieving business targets such as sales volume, coverage, etc.
- Coordinate with HR Dept. in recruitment, coach Sales Force through directly discuss (One-with-one) and go field visit with Sales Sup/ Salesman (Work-with) to improve their capabilities, knowledge and attitude in work.
- Ensure Sales Force and Distributors implementing Company’s policies and terms in Contract exactly.
- Look for and select new Distributors, make assessment Distributors periodically.
- Make reports and other tasks assigned by Regional Sales Manager.
