-Prepare monthly payroll for Vietnamese and Expat after receiving data from the client, prepare authorities reports relative to SHUI, PIT and Labor report. Issue e - payslips to the client’s employees.
-Register PIT employee tax code, dependents registration, handle PIT finalization for Vietnamese, issue tax receipt certificate and solve related issues.
-Update new relative regulation and law timely for application and improvement to the client.
-Ensure accuracy and timely report submission to Government Authorities, including regular reports (PIT, SHUI, Labor).
-Process monthly compulsory insurance contribution and solve related issues.
-Work closely with the client’s HR staff to provide any request promptly and accuracy.

-Prepare labour contract and other agreements relate staffing.
-Follow up and manage absence, sickness etc. Keep updating all documents relate employee’s information and HR reports
-Prepare payment requests and supporting documents for office expenses.
-Support the business like prepare Engagement Letters and manage client master files.
-Carry out the service contract with suppliers and handle arising issues during contract execution.
-Managing fund and carrying out the reimbursement as assigned accurately and regulated.
