Pitching
- Evaluate to identify agency/supplier candidates.
- Deliver Briefing and following up with agencies/suppliers on their proposal and/or sample production.
- Evaluate agencies/suppliers’ capability together with line manager and Brand team to select winner.
POSM production(Adobe Photoshop, Illust rator)
- Follow up with selected agencies/suppliers to ensure the production lead time.
- Cont rol mass production quality and propose fixing solutions in case of having issues.
Temporary headcount management
- Follow up with selected agencies to check temporary headcount profile for recruitment.
- Setup KPIs for temporary headcount depending on project requirement.
- Track headcount actual performance and review monthly payroll before process salary payment.
Cont ract Management
- Prepare service cont ract according to budget owner's request.
- Align with legal and do the sign off as per process.
- Ensure cont racts are up to date.
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets.
Budget management & Agency/ Supplier Payment (powerpoint, excel)
- Collect post implementation reports from agencies/suppliers to process payment.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and reports.
- Processing invoices for all t ransactions.
- Consolidate payment recommendation and payment t racking.
- Align with Marketing Finance team for budget and follow up payment to suppliers.
2. Report (Microsoft office)
- Generate reports relating to activation activities, market as required.
- Managing databases and documentation systems.
- Keep t rack on team budget.
3. Administ rative tasks & other ad-hoc tasks
- Raise MFA, PO, SRF, make payments.
- Arrange t ravel accommodation (raise t ravel forms, book rooms, flights/cars, get approval of cont racts, make
reimbursement claims...) for all team members.
- Adhoc admin work which is necessary among the team & cross functional support.
- Support line manager in general and routine operations to meet team’s objectives.
• Define individual and team capability for each events base on the company mission, st rategies.
• Liaise with regional marketing team and regional event team to ensure activity relevance for brand st rategy and regional best practice.
• Develop plans which are set within a context of an agreed brand st rategy & based upon relevant consumer insights, shopper behavior & attitudes.
• Develop compelling agency briefs, rooted in clear consumer insight and inspires agencies to deliver excellent creative work.
• Consider all elements from a comprehensive brand audits to draw out implications, issues and recommendations for change
• Design, develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing and sale plan that ensure the development deliver best support to brand objectives

Through majoring in PR & Communication, I am a event lover person and have a great passion for event-organizing. Therefore, beside having bachelor for PR, I chose event as my minor while studying at Van Lang University. I am looking for the opportunities to work & learn in an energetic, youthful & professional working environment, where I'm not only could discover my maximum potential for the field but also cont ribute to the company with my ideas and experience.
