- Support Chairman (Japanese) to review Company Organization structure yearly not only to adapt to the dynamic market in this VUCA circumstance, but also to develop and execute BODs's strategy to all internal function ( from top to bottom )
- Make headcount plan regarding to the new organization and manage all the recruitment process.
- Build onboarding programme for new-comer to easily intergrate to Company culture and sucessfully contribute his/her value.
- Propose reward programme to Chairman to encourage Employee.
- Manage C&B : monthly income (salary + reward), company trip, team building, health check-up,...
- Manage GA: worked with Government Department for local offical activities and reports...
- Take care internal relation (employee engagement): often have deep conversation with Employee ( both Manager and Staff ) to make information transparent and friendly.
- Sucessfully build Sharing culture : Employee feels free to speak out their concern and listen to the Others problem. There is no any bad conflict during the time, even Employee in 2 companies is quite different level.
- Support Manager to recognize their Staffs capability to encourage/ promote timely the Talents.
- Managed Purchasing raw material for Wind-Smile Dong Nai from PO to last payment step.
*All tasks and achievements are for 2 companies with totally different business( Wind-Smile Vietnam: Geothermal agency and Wind-Smile Dongnai: Wood pellet manufacture )
