1. Labor contracts:
Labor contracts management: full-time and part-time for B’S Mart Co.Ltd.
Update latest labor law.
Promotion staffs and C & B packages.
Implement HR policy & procedures.
2. Payrolls and system:
Conduct monthly payroll accurately and timely. Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
Manage the processes of Time Attendance, Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, C&B database update accurately and timely.
Manage HR software (Cadena system) and cooperate with Cadena to improve systems' functions.
Assist C&B Manager in setting up rules, policies; provide guideline and support BSM Format Department in performing their daily works.
Participate in improving and developing C&B procedures, process and supporting tools for HR
Department.
Update to C&B Manager new laws and regulations related to C&B from the Government.
Support in managing employee benefits scheme according to the Labor Law and Company Policy.
Build the training material of internal C&B procedure; present and advise BSM employees about the internal and external regulations and practice related to C&B.
Prepare C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required
Support C&B Manager in preparing data for yearly personnel budgeting.
3. Personal Income Tax:
Personal income tax code registration. Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for
employees and report to Tax Department.
Family circumtance Deductions.
Declare, Tax finalisation. Working with Tax Department about inspectoral.
Influence with software: tax online, HTKK, …
