HR coordinator
- Do onboard procedures for all newcomer
+ Link with recruitment department to welcome all newcomer
+ Receiving records, check list records
+ Make employee identification card, bus card, link with IT team to issue laptop, link with the
administrative department to make procedures to support accommodation and transport,
fingerprints for timekeeping
+ Check and save employee's profile document
+ Send employee information to SAP upload
+ Making labor contracts and help answering questions for employees
+ Contact with there department to pick up and return workers
- Supervise administrative procedures, personnel relate to employees
- Data entry, report and other work as require
- Make the transfer contract, appointment contract, dismissal contract as require, send
directly to the employee for signature and then save
- Act as a focal point for timekeeping, registration of meals and service vehicles for group
members
- Check records periodically
- Check list of suggestion boxes at the head office and workshops
- Ask administrative department for a public vehicle to go to the city, work with the
management board of Hai Phong - Heza economic zone to report the situation of employers
- Do outboard procedures for employees who leave their job
+ Withdraw employee cards, instruct employees to link with departments to complete the refund procedure to the company
+ Check debt with relate parties
+ Make the decision to terminate the labor contract
-> Learn discipline rules of production environment company
-> Adapt to rapidly changing work environment and human resources system
-> Confidence in communication with the different cultures of foreigners
-> Know how to work and link with other departments
