1. General Affairs:
- Manage GA services & vendors: Canteen, Shuttle Bus, Hotel/Rental

- Work as admin of time and attendance system: compile and record
employee time and attendance, follow up shift schedule, overtime plan,... that
meet policies and laws, submit related reports for payroll procedure.
4. Recruitment:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
