- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing the procedure for amending Investment Registration Certificate for the projects: Production of aluminum extrusions; construction; import distribution, etc.;
- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing the procedure for obtaining and amending Business License;
- Consulting procedures for opening representative offices of foreign traders in the field of tourism;
- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing procedures for registering capital contribution, buying shares, and contributed capital of foreign investors in Vietnam;
- Reviewing the process of implementing investment projects.
* Enterprise:
- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing procedures for enterprises establishment, changing the contents of business registration, dissolution of enterprises.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, such as labor contract, sales contract

- Consulting foreign investors about matters relevant to foreign/local investment, structure and operation of enterprise, labor, commerce, M&A... etc;
- Drafting and supervising several kinds of contract, such as Sales Agreement, Loan Contract, Labor Contract...;
- Drafting and reviewing the Internal Labor Rule;
- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing the procedures for the establishment of the company, essential in foreign investment implementation as project preparation stage, amendment of the registration, M&A performance, Legal Due Diligence, ...;
- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing the procedures for registration of foreign loans;
- Consulting, drafting documents and implementing the procedures to obtain the sub-licenses such as Business Licenses, Construction Operating Permit for foreign contractor, VISA, Work Permit, TRC in accordance with Vietnamese law...;

- Reviewing the internal/external documents, contracts/agreements signed by the company, legal
dossiers, Company charter/internal regulations of the company and other documents to ensure compliance with the law;
- Implementing the procedures for licensing/registration at competent authorities to ensure that the company's operations are in compliance with the law;
- To be responsible for advising the executive board, departments on legal issues related to company operations and performing assigned tasks within the functions of the Legal Department to limit and control legal risks in the operation process;
- Reviewing the legal documents of M&A project and other investment projects of company.
