‐ Joined TalentNet Trainee Program in 2017 through 6 months to be trained deeply in Human Resources industry.
‐ Be responsible for processing payroll for clients based strictly on TalentNet procedures and accurate calculation of payroll.
‐ Consolidate data such as timesheets, bonus, allowance for monthly payroll of clients (factory and warehouse field).
‐ Distribute the net take home to client employees’ bank account, tax and insurance payments to statutory bodies on behalf of
clients, deliver pay‐slip to employees' emails.
‐ Perform tax reporting and year‐end processes (monthly/quarterly PIT report for local/expatriates, PIT finalization report,
dependents/tax code registration).
‐ Work with insurance consultant to reflect issues relating to SI, HI, UI on the payroll.
‐ Maintain and update HR procedures and policies of clients, prepare the internal reports for payroll of clients as required
(booking for accounting, 13th month bonus/AIP accrual reports).
‐ Control, follow up and prepare the labor contracts, appendix, manage employee database, prepare the resignation decision,
calculate final payment for resigned employees
‐ Use professionally system of TalentNet Corporation for proceeding payroll calculation and recording employee’s information*
‐ Reconcile payment transactions with internal finance.
‐ Build and maintain strong relationships with client
‐ Have a general knowledge about work permit
‐ Do other tasks assigned by line manager
