- Design and implement of procedure, regulations, templates related to operating policies under legal regulations, and internal regulations of the company.
- Building regulations and processes related to employee: Salary and bonus regulations, employee handbook, process/regulations of handover, and handling employees who leave without permission.
- Consulting, drafting and review the legality and compliance of HR document;
- Consulting, advising and proposing legal solutions to the Unit Head during operation;
- Review Forms of Labour Contract to ensure the compliance with related law provisions and best protection the Company’s legitimate rights and interests;
- Updating legal documents; analyze new law provisions affecting the HR’s operation;
