Being the leader of Peopleworks team in a leading travel company, I report both to Country Director and Peopleworks Headquarter in Australia. I am fortunate to join the company during its transitional period from a leading local company to an M&A enterprise from Flight Centre in Australia where I lead our people through various changes in culture, restructure and the current pandemic. I help build our training curriculum to merge with global online training platform and review all local policies especially C&B to align with global context.

i with ~150 employees where I am in charge of all HR related issued for Lotte Shopping Plaza - a Global Top 5 Retail Group in Asia. I have been specifically improving the HR system of company after the opening phase and contributing to the success of company through intensive training to staffs on various soft skills and customer services mind. I work closely with Lotte Head Quarter and other subsidiaries of Lotte in Vietnam to contribute to better understanding of our local working culture and improve the relationship between Korean employers and Vietnamese staffs. I attended the annual HR Forum for all HR key persons in Seoul in April 2016 and gained in depth knowledge about leading and managing personnel.

In this role, I was responsible for both HR and GA tasks for 2 companies: GTG International Company (facility management of Keangnam Towers); and Sao Loc Viet (a local company providing services for the tower including: Spa, Canteen, Laundry). reluctantly left the company due to the crisis in real estate sector forced the company to almost closing
its operation.

I am a highly confident, savvy Human Resources Manager specializing in HR and Talent Development with 20 years of international and local work experience. My first hands on experience in HR was in the role as training officer at Ricoh where the bulk of my work consisted of developing the employee handbook and carrying out corporate training needs analysis. For the past 15 years, I have been working as Office Manager and/or Regional Human Resources Manager for high caliber companies including an US software company, an Italian architecture company, a leading retail company from Korea – Lotte Department Store and most recently a leading inbound travel company with ~200 employees across 3 offices in Vietnam, 2 office overseas in Hongkong and China. Here in this role, I am responsible for all training, recruitment, policies, procedures, social insurances as well as administering all office activities for smooth operation.
