Do variety of administrative tasks that support to overall mission of quality service.
Carry out C&B tasks following regulation and SOP such as:
• Manage the processes of Time Attendance, Payroll, compulsory insurances (UI, SI, HI), accident insurance, PIT, Labor contract, C&B database update accurately and timely;
• Participate in improving and developing of C&B procedures, process and supporting tools for HR Department;
• Ensure the compensation and benefit schemes are applied according to the Labour Law and company Policy;
• Make C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required;
Assist HR Manager in preparing and controlling HR budget;
• Take part in projects/ events led by HR;
• Other tasks assigned by superiors

- Calculation of monthly personal income tax (“PIT”), social/health/unemployment insurance contributions (“SIHIUI”) and net remuneration
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports
- Preparation of PIT returns
- Performing procedures in relation to SIHIUI compliance such as the preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the SI Agency, renewal of HI cards and processing claims for SI benefits
- Performing procedures in relation to labour registration/deregistration and dependant registration
