- Support Sales office from bidding stage (prepare bidding documents, tentative schedule, unit
price, company profile, draft contract…).
- Work with customer & Sales office to clarify all project information, technical requirement,
payment terms, shipment terms and other conditions shown in the contract.
- Manage contract, resposible for fullfillment process of projects, cordinate with other
departments (engineering, Finance, purchasing, PMC, production, shipping, QC department) and
follow up with them to catch project schedule, quality and other requirement.
- Cordinate with concerned departments to optimize the cost, manage project under the given
budget and try to get maximum profit in each project.
- Preparing payment document, completion minutes and follow up with customer to get payment
as contract progress and payment terms.
- Cordinate with construction team to control erection work at site.
- Contact & work with customer directly in some projects which were sold by Head office.
