• Update labor law and social insurance law to consult employees and HRBPs, to provide constructive feedback to
HR Senior Manager and HR Director to ensure firm policies, procedures and management practices are complied
with Vietnam laws and regulations.
• Prepare and issue Labor contracts, Termination contracts, and other issues related to contract.
• Own leave tracking process, social insurance process, new hire process (including probation process), termination
process (including exit interviews and report), SAP HR database update ensuring fully record of both data system
and hard documents of employee profile system.
• Be fully in charge of processing work permits, visas and temporary resident cards for expats who are new hires or
seconded long term or short term among the Deloitte global networks in countries. My role and my achievement is
to work and consult directly with all expats, build close relationship with government agency, handle different
issues during the course of work as well as effort to complete any urgent requests as to business requirement.
• Be involved in different small and big firm projects: annual outing trip, family day, new-year party, annual health
check-up, firm anniversary, and many other activities. My part is varied depending on projects, generally I plan
budget, coordinate suppliers, prepare logistics, arrange resources, manage a small event team, and run the events.
• Prepare various reports including headcount for payroll and Deloitte SEA monthly.
• Work on SAP and PMS systems to deal proficiently with issues in terms of all types of leave, staff reports, etc.
• Other reports as per request.
Talent Acquisition: to support recruitment process for vacancies as per assignment and implement annual mass recruitment
programs, employer branding, and boarding.
• Screen and interview to ensure providing adequate qualified candidates for vacancies non-managerial level within
the timeframe
• Follow up the interview process with key stakeholders, prepare offer letters.
• Own a big part in annual mass recruitment programs: Internship Recruitment Program, Fresh Graduate
Recruitment Program, Summer Internship Program, and other student competitions. Except for planning for these
big programs during a year, to build firm employer brand and attract targeted sources of talent I perform:
o Advertise postings at University pages and student fan pages,
o Work directly with University Faculty, Lecturers, student clubs
o Organize career fairs/career talks/office tours at targeted universities.
o Prepare all logistics and resources for test and interview rounds
o Handle the communication with contestants.
• Be in charge of boarding process for new joiners from preparing logistics before joining date, orientation training
on the first week, welcome announcements, and arrange welcome lunch.
• Be administrator for award nominations, process nominations and prepare announcements and awards for
winners. Programs are Green Dot Award for excellent individual performance on client engagements, Team Award
for excellent team performance on client engagements, Star Award for individual/team performance for their
contribution to firm.
