Recruitment:
• When receiving the order recruitment from the other department, work with line manager and make the JD for job, posting job on the website or some of recruitment channel like FB, Linkedin, headhunter…
• Screening and short list CVs.
• Arrange interview schedule and attend in the primary interview.
• Coordinate for final agreement and issue Offer letter.
• Make the welcome onboard letter and orientation for new commer.
HR strategy and Policy
• Work directly with BOD about the HR strategy and plan for recruitment
• Compose Policy, Code of Conduct and adjustment
Payroll:
• Consolidate, verify monthly timesheet
• Checking payroll
• Prepare data, complete monthly reports and handle all insurance issues
• Prepare and manage all employee documents
• Update employee data on HR information system
Labor contract and PIT:
• Follow labor contract expiry date
• Update official format of Government in Vietnamese and English version
• Final payment
• Exit interview and follow up effective date resignation
• Do all tasks relate SI
• Finalization PIT for local and expatriate
• Obtain the tax code for new employee and expat, dependant registration, submit quarterly PIT declaration
Others:
• Follow up and implement the work permit, the temporary residence card, change the driving license for the foreigner.
