• Providing the legal advice on: FDI licensing, corporate governance, labor dispute, tax and contracts for foreign invested project in Vietnam and other SEA countries.
• Legal reviews for commercial contracts relating to the investment projects.

• Working with with the relevant authorities to handle the approval process for the investment and project operations.
• Assisting in M&A, transfer-pricing and cross-border transaction projects.

• Acting as contact point for other departments in all legal and procurement-related matters.
• Providing legal advice to all matters related to organization’s operation with the supervision of General Counsel.
• Monitoring and recording documents related to organization’s day-to-day operation.
• Acting as contact point for all global stakeholders on the procurement, delivery and payment process.
• Working with governmental-related agencies for project implementation.
• Ensuring the compliance and governance of the organization to all the internal applicable policies.
