- In charge of posting jobs information, screen candidate’s profiles and arrange for interviewing.
- Sending a job offer for candidates.
- To ensure that all information relating to HR is updated in the company records, in a clear and concise manner.
- All Human Resource Procedures are implemented in accordance and as required by law or by the Management.
- Co-ordinate with Production Department in managing and solving employee misconduct cases: disciplinary action, dismissal, written warning, etc.
- Preparing documentation and take part in the process of welcoming new coming employees and employees are leaving.
- Preparation and submission for all reports and activities related Social insurance, Health insurance and unemployment insurance: new hire, termination, increase salary, transfer promotion, Maternity leave, paternity leave and sick claim, etc.
- Salary calculation and attendance records - clear tracking of all staff working hours - as well as managing the annual leave requests.
- Being the point of contact for any staff issues that arise, and keeping the Management of all matters relating to the staff such as following, update and manage the labor contract, so all action needed is undertaken promptly.
- Accompany external auditors on the assessment, take note and explain their requirements. Follow up the implementation from the factories to meet deadline as auditor’s requirements.
- Responsible for the sourcing and purchasing lunch, stationary, toiletries, staff uniforms, rubbish collection, arrange car, etc.
- Coordinates with agencies to have visas, work permit and temporary resident card issued and renewed.
- Responsible to ensure yearly staff training, fire drills, physical and first aid training is as required.
- Responsible for communication with related organization such as Labor Department, Social Department, Fire Department, Immigrate Department, etc.
- Others ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

- - Responsible for monthly payroll, bonus and allowances for client on payroll system accuracy and timely as agreement.
- Responsible for computation and submission of PIT monthly, quarterly and finalization.
- Handle employees’ PIT code registration, tax dependent register and contact to Tax Office for any issues from this.
- Preparation and submission for all reports and activities related Social insurance, Health insurance and unemployment insurance: new hire, termination, increase salary, transfer promotion, Maternity leave, paternity leave and sick claim, etc.
- Implementation for labor reports to DIT and Labor Department.
- Forwarding update required information to state and local authorities.
- Responsible for computation and submission of PIT monthly, quarterly and finalization.
- Handle employees’ PIT code registration, tax dependent register and contact to Tax Office for any issues from this.
- Preparation and submission for all reports and activities related Social insurance, Health insurance and unemployment insurance: new hire, termination, increase salary, transfer promotion, Maternity leave, paternity leave and sick claim, etc.
- Implementation for labor reports to DIT and Labor Department.

- Following and manage monthly evaluation for issuing labor contract such as probation and renewal, etc.
- Issuing decision of promotion, discipline, termination, increase salary and transfer, etc.
- Providing information for Social Medical Unemployment insurance reports.
- Updating new relative regulation and law for application timely.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
