Material controller
- Manage information of receiving and issueing cargoes from Vietnamese and Korean
subcontractors, follow and report process of customs clearance of cargoes, material
inspections, daily save datas to control every information of the materials by the excel, master
file,...
- Communicate to subcontractors when they need to get materials from warehouses, strorage
yards. Solve problems occurring in the process regarding to the cargoes.
- Recruit new workers, manage and support over 40 workers in labour polices, providing
personal protective equipments, follow up their working schedule to check their attendance,
overtime working, etc...
- Take care of purchases neccessary things for material department ordered by my Korean
senior manager.
- During the time period of working for Doosan, I have fully completed all tasks assigned and
well obeyed every regulations of this company. Furthermore, I have acquired a lot of English,
office computer, team-work, communication as well as the ability of being under high
pressure of this kind of job each single day.
