_ Responsibilities
• Built team from 2 Content Staff to the Marketing team of 12 members and 10 collaborators, with 4 parts (SEO, Content, Social Media, Communications) working for 4 main projects:
o Vietnam visa on arrival service for foreigners to Vietnam (website: https://www.vietnam-visa.com/)
o Visa for Vietnamese and foreigners in Vietnam travelling abroad (website: https://visana.vn/)
o Inbound tour (website: https://vietnamdiscovery.com/)
o AFA Trading (website: http://afavietnam.com/ )
• Implemented Market Research and developed marketing strategies for the company through periods
• Identified points of differentiation to define key marketing messages to clients
• Developed digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Email marketing, advertising) to generate leads for the Sales Department
• Managed offline channel (Event) to strengthen brand awareness
• Monitored, evaluated, and reported the effectiveness of the Marketing Department to the Board of Directors
• Provided coaching and support staffs to fulfil their tasks
_ Achievements:
• Vietnam-visa project:
o Maintained 1st position in google search for 3 years managing team
o Operated event “Welcome the 300,000th group of clients of Vietnam-visa.com”
• Visana project:
o Developed website and branding from zero to the 1st visa service provider for Vietnamese travelling abroad
o Pointed out and developed key messages to customers, promoted the company’s value: “integrity, transparent, conscientious”
• Vietnam Discovery Project:
o Before me, Vietnam Discovery Project was an unsuccessful project which could not generate leads for sales effectively.
o Have rebuilt website https://vietnamdiscovery.com/, defined another way to develop this brand. Vietnamdiscovery support customers to create a package that truly specializes in their needs
o Traffic to the website has increased rapidly, from 500 traffic/month to 20,000 traffic/month, which brings more qualified leads for sales than in the past (before Covid, it is about 50 tour requests /month)
• AFA Trading:
o Laid the groundwork for project BIZASA which is a business support service in Vietnam. Bizasa focuses on providing foreign corporate with assistance in three main areas:
Vietnam market entry
Inland and Outland transportation and logistics
Import-export mandate
o Within a month, supported Bizasa project achieve 5 contracts and 10 potential customers

_ Achievement
• Successfully implemented plan increasing merchant turnover of VietinBank’s POS (Point of Sale) in Vinasun Taxi with the rising number being 10%.
• Successfully launched Gift Card and Virtual Card with 2,000 customers in the first week.
• Successfully negotiated contract with Lotte Department Store - Vietnam with the results that merchant turnover of Vietinbank’s POS in Lotte’s opening day was $ 270,000.

o Launched Mobile ATM to the market, supported VietinBank branches to operate and manage this machine.

• Reached partnerships with 500 handicraft organizers in Hanoi.
• Organized 10 successful events with approximately 5,000 customers in each event. In special event (24/03/2013), 10,000 tickets were sold (equivalent 10,000 customers). Sales transaction through each event is approximately 700,000,000 VND.
