- Establish and consult to complete financial model for new business
- Work with Finance Solution Division from Mother Company to build up financial promotion program suitable for end user customer and dealers

Financial Analyst – Business Management Team
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports such as profitability and P&L by production line, brands, customers, areas... and prepare Contribution Margin Report (CM) for each brands.
- Prepare reports related to KPIs and balance scorecard (BSC) of all departments, alert related departments about their performance that are under benchmarks.
- Analyze cost such as cost of good manufactured analysis (COGM) included direct material, manufacturing overhead cost and administrative expense.
- Compare actual cost with budget and actual cost consumed previous months, investigate any variances.
- Take part in month end closing process, ensure all costs are recorded appropriately and completely.
- Work with other departments such as Production, Purchasing, General Affair, Engineering, etc. in investigating any variances and unusual cases for improvement or proper cost allocation
- Support Business Management team to complete annual operating budget
- Monthly focus on valuation of scrap, utility in production
- Daily/weekly operation reports, these reports is in relation to sale, production, QA, material, purchasing
- Connect closely with accounting and treasury department for any unusual entry and instruct them to post properly entries.
- Instruct other departments to follow internal processes for avoidance of misunderstanding between management level and staff level.
- Others analytical reports are assigned by CFO
