- Having experience in the Food and Beverage Service (F&B) field.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the company's business.
- Draft internal legal documents when requested.
- Legally consulting and coordinating with other departments in the company to resolve legal issues related to the Company's business activities.
- Carrying out legal procedures related to the operation of the Company, such as enterprise registration (ERC, IRC), trademark registration, advertisement, promotion, etc.
- Contacting State Agencies to resolve issues arising during the company's operations. - Participating in litigation at the Court as assigned by a superior.
- Updating new legal regulations of the law to ensure legality and efficiency in the company's operations and business.

- Reviewing and drafting contracts from vendors and clients regarding the company's business activities, such as purchasing contracts, service contracts, etc.
- Advising other departments in the Company on legal issues regarding contracts.
- Legally consulting on the promotional activation of the Company, as follows:
+ Reviewing the content of promotions organized by the Company in detail to ensure compliance with the law.
+ Submitting promotion notifications to the Department of Industry and Trade of the provinces/cities as part of administrative procedures.
+ Preparing and drafting registration dossiers for promotional games of chance to submit to the Ministry of Industry and Trade; guiding company departments on writing plans and operating the promotional games of chance in accordance with the laws and regulations.
+ Monitoring and collecting information to report the results of promotional games to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
+ Providing legal advice in cases where issues arise during the planning or implementation of promotions at the request of departments within the company.
+ Receiving information and explaining to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province/city, the Ministry of Industry and Trade when there are requests regarding promotional activities of the Company.

- Having over 06 (six) years working experience in the Law field, including over 03 years of experience working for a Law Firm and 03 years of experience working for Enterprises.
- Understanding the regulations of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, etc.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook.
- Basic communication in English, be able to read and understand legal documents in English
- A quick learner, easy adaptability to new situations.
- Ability to work under a high-pressure environment; independently and in group.
- Understanding the regulations of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, etc.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook.
- Basic communication in English, be able to read and understand legal documents in English
