 Answering questions, resolve customer inquiries, ensure customers are satisfied with goods quality and follow the process of delivery goods

 Reporting weekly sales / month / quarter / year to Sales Director & CEO, update sales data, make detail report sales, turnover

 Logistics, Inventory & Purchasing:

 Handle exports & imports documents, working with forwarders and oversea agents.

 Preparing and notify customers Packing List, Invoices, CO, CQ, Insurances (if required), handling customs declaration and B/L, Delivering order, Equipment Interchange Receipt,…

 Ensure that the outgoing shipment is accurate and well packaged, track shipments receiving and delivery process.
 Taking care of customer and relevant parties to get smoothly process of import/export and truck transportation
 Folow shipping instructions and notice for Sales Department, Destinations and Customers .

 Develop supply chain network and lead the negotiation & coordination with suppliers/ manufactures, trading company import clearance agents. Cultivate local suppliers and realized cost reduction of material purchase.
 Following and solve all the problems if any, flexible in all situations happen and solve all client’s
 claims.

 Work with warehouse for non-merchandise products management for inbound & outbound process

 Source & negotiate with local suppliers to ensure the ordering with good quality standards and the best price.

 Ensure a good and safe condition for storing goods.

 Administration monthly tasks:

 I handled Invoice, Account Payable Note, and Paper work on general. Preparing accommodation, travel documents, visa, hotel, air ticket booking for oversea manpower travelling to Vietnam for work.

 Supporting to implement new Showroom opening related tasks by cooperating with Showroom Operations /Development/Design team from handover date until store opening.

 Ordering office supplies, factory supplies, manage and update office assets

 Handle payment process for monthly expenses, Update office policies as required

 Order and Manage catering service for factory lunch, meeting minutes

 Schedule in-house and external events, handle Expenses and Benefits Claim, Travel Claim as required

 Organizing Year end Party and relevant events, distribute and store correspondence (email, letters, and packages)
