 Legal
• Participate actively in front line negotiations and interface with customers, business partners, suppliers.
• Contract drafting and review in bilingual (English and Vietnamese).

• Monitor news and analyze their impact on the industry & business of the company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
• Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself. Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities
 Management
• Arranging working & meeting schedule, organizing meetings, recording and synthesizing the content of meetings for CEO to serve the management and administration.
• Prepare documents, collect necessary information at the request of the CEO.
• Receive information, documents and documents from the Departments, aggregate and send to the CEO.
• Implementation of human resources such as: recruiting, managing / monitoring the internal regulations .... (working directly with the Human Resources Department of the Company).
• Synthesize and evaluate the performance of the Company, Departments periodically through department reports and construction reporting system for CEO.
• Checking documents and documents from the department before submitting to the Director for approval
• Assist the director in setting up the company's business plans
• Monitoring and reminding planned jobs related to general activities such as: Marketing, advertising, quality management, service quality, customer satisfaction ....
• Going on business with the CEO to meet domestic and foreign partners.
• Execute the job when required by CEO and always ready with related arising jobs.
 Hr management
• Operate the system of salary, bonus and other remuneration in accordance with the regulations of the Company.
• Participate in building and monitoring the implementation of the management system, evaluate the work performance in the units in accordance with regulations.
• Monitoring and settling the benefits of social insurance and health insurance for the employees.
• Monitoring, updating and managing records and list of employees of the Company.
• Drafting documents, issuing notices and regulations of the Company.
• Monitoring and reminding employees about the observance of the company's rules.

Position: Merchandiser & Lean IE
 To the buyers
• Receive buyer's comment and resolve on issues related to quality of products.
• Follow-up the production process to promptly notify buyers of problems and negotiate with buyers to find out the best way to solve problems.
• Prepare reports before buyer’s visiting.
• Creating daily, weekly, monthly report for each operation based on buyer's request.
 To company:
• Combine with the technical department, workshop, and plan on product norms and product prices to make a balance sheet equal to the estimated costs, profits and costs incurred in production.
• Plan purchasing order based on Tech-packs. Depending on raw materials specified by buyer or having to source new suppliers, contacting the purchasing department accordingly.
• Coordinating with production manager and Lean team solve all problems related to production plan changing, workshop, human resources.
• Follow-up production issues during production process and be the coordinator to solve the issue immediately to avoid any production interval.
• Communicate effectively with Head office in Korea to verify order information, quality requirement and packing instruction in order to conform to buyer’s request.
 To suppliers:
• Evaluating and screening suppliers based on their profiles and their customers.
• Request suppliers make L / D as buyer's request until get approval.
• Work with supplier to determine whether the form of payment is T / T or L / C. Coordinate with the accounting department to open the L / C or the logistics department to apply for a CO if requested.
• Make PO to send to supplier. Check CI, PKL to comment to suppliers before shipping.
• Follow-up suppliers production, regularly remind them to ensure that suppliers ship and receive goods on time.
 Lean basic concept
• Cooperating with QA to design factory layout and SOP based on customer's request.
• Analyzing SMV based on time study and GSD software.
• Cooperating with line leaders to make line balancing.
• Analyzing factory efficiency, creating target and incentive for workers through calculating CP/CMPT.
• Setting up Lean - Six Sigma and training for whole factory as well as creating Kaizen.
• Managing and controlling factory by using Lean tools: 6S, visual management, Kaizen, Standardized Work, ect.
