Position: HR & Admin Manager
Duties:
HR function:
- Staffing: do staffing planning annually according needs from Company,
departments, do headcount budget.
- Recruitment: do recruitment plan including budget for job posting in the
most suitable channels; timeline; do selection CVs and interviews.
- C&B: do annual HR & Admin budget; monthly payroll execution; PIT
calculation and finalization; compensation and benefit; Health insurance,
KPIs.
- Policies: build up policies: Internal regulations; Code of Ethics; Uniform;
Recruitment; Disciplines; Business Allowance; Annual leave, etc.
- Training: do Orientation for new comers; Customer services; working with
vendors for external training courses.
- Employee relations: work with employees to listen and response inquiries
relating to policies; solve and consult any issue of relation.
Administration:
- Office & Assets: ensure hygiene in office, assets are in good condition.
- Expenses: do budget and control monthly expenses: taxi, electricity and
water; photocopy; stationary, rental price, etc.
- Events: look for vendors and do program for YEP, birthday, Women’s day,
charity event and any events need to be supported.
Achievement:
- Finish PIT finalization 2017 & 2018 with refund for employee.
- Deal successfully 02 cases with customers about compensation for serious
accident.
- Recruit successfully new employees for 03 new Centers in HCMC, Hanoi.
- Build up policies and procedures for company.
Reason want to leave: Company belongs to investment fund and limited in some areas. Want to develop much more to devote passion in HR field.

Duties:
C&B function:

regulation
- Manage TU fund balance monthly.
Policies:
- Review and establish, disseminate some mandatory HR policies such as: Internal Regulations, Benefits Policy, Travelling and Safety, etc
- Implement procedures of Labor Contracts,resignation, promotion decision, etc.
- Report periodically to Regional HR Director.
