- Introduce company's products to the customers.
- Making the quotation
- Handle some big customer accounts such as: IKEA, Zara Home, TJX, Michaels stores, H&M, WECA (M&S, Ezibuy, C&B, At Home, Jonathan Adler ….), Li & Fung, WSI (PB, PBK, PBT, West Elm)
- Follow up order from begining to the end of the Purchase order,
- Developing samples and proceed orders from customers.
- Contact with customer to negotiate and discuss the issues related to the orders and developing sample
- Work with production department for related issues about the sample and order.
- Checking situation of production to make sure the order can be shipped on time and meet the quality requirement of the customer.
- Report and negotiating with customer when production order appearing the trouble.
- Contact with forwarder for the booking of shipment.
- Making the shipping documents after delivery.
- Follow up and find out customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback, complaints.
- Frequently update documents such as Customer profiles for record
- Handle sales through historical analysis, order placement and forecast, etc…
- Work as an interpreter if necessary.
