* Recruitment:
- Ensure the quality of current human capital and forecast workforce planning.
- Manage and develop the efficiency of recruitment process such as job postings, vacancy ads, screening, initial contact, schedule and interview, job offers, onboarding, etc…)
- Build up sources of resumes to enrich Candidate Database
- Take responsibility in developing employee branding activities. (job analysis, career day, job fair, university networks, etc.)
* Training:
- Conduct training need analysis, prepare annual training plan and provide qualified functional and competency training for employees.
- Manage and develop training session for team members in order to expand the capacity for new clients.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of success of post training programs.
* Organization Development:
- Develop, monitor and implement HR strategies, systems and procedures aligned with the company business strategy and culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Conduct and develop employee’s career movement and development.
- Manage and consult in team and company‘s structure.
* Employee Relations:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Consult the employee relations issues, employee’s discipline.
- Build up all employee engagement, HR wellness programs (annual team building, core values, inspirational programs, convention, etc.).
* Compensation & Benefits:
- Maintain and develop payroll plan and benefits program.
- Conduct and develop HR policies (company regulation, sales incentive, salary review, HR budget).
- Ensure all HR procedures, policy related to performance management, internal transfer/ promotion, termination, etc… are implemented properly, legally and professionally.
* Others:
- Handle relevant HR budget, headcount, HR Analysis reports and required Labour reports.
- Maintain and expand the client's satisfactory and business relationship with clients.
- Build and develop new HR services for company clients.
- Maintain and ensure the efficiency of office arrangement and positive working environment.
