Position: Junior HR supervisor

Factory Management
Manage outsourced contractor to provide manpower for production and office
Calculate and propose new prices paid for each service provided
Negotiate new price with 3 outsourced contractors
Solve problems related to contractors
Work with Manager of each Dept. to monitor and control overtime of production team
Do Overtime report weekly, monthly to Plant Manager and HR & Admin. Manager.
In charge of Monthly HR reports (Monthly staffing, Manpower Effective and Overtime,...
Employee relations: handling when employees violate labor regulations, supporting when employee
need advice from HR
Exit-interview when employee resign
Support Admin. welcome guest to visit Factory
Culture
Organize Company Trip, New-year Party, Mid-autumn Festival, Internal sports tournament, Family
day,.... each year
Assist organization Year-end Performance Appraisal each year
Support Corporate Branding team to organize Culture Roadshow at Factory

Work with IT team to build up for HR system - iHRP relate to timekeeping, overtime, manpower

Position: HR Supervisor
Report to: HR & Admin. Manager and R&T Manager
Recruitment
Recruiting under ISO system which it relies on Wilmar Group Recruitment policy Posting job in online
and advertising company recruitment demand in offline channels.
Looking for new recruitment sources such as vocational school, college, University in order to meet
company's job demand.
Responsible for making the offer letter, labor contract such as probation contract, seasonal contract.
Contributing & building up employer branding initiatives. Organizing & participating in job fair of
College, University in the HCMC.
Conducting recruitment end to end for all position at HP Plant, e.g. screening CVs, interviewing
candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, proposing remuneration package, arranging on-board
welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc.
Follow up and evaluate new employees, new workers in their probation time with HOD.
Building long term relationship with new recruitment sources for company through many activities
between College/ University and company. Organizing visiting program to student of University,
College about production line at the plant.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Set up & launching Production trainee, Young Talent Program
Organize Factory tour for student
Learning & Development
Make training plan for all job levels at HP Plant.
Set up and maintain training facilities and training materials like documents, logistics, games and
activities.
Coordinate with other departments for the TNA under monthly, yearly.
Conducting the orientation training for new hires. Coordinate with the training vendors to implement
the training courses.
Optimize training process and plan training budget in alignment with business strategy.
Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness for any training course was finished with attendants.
Searching and advising suitable trainings in the market for employees at the Plant base on TNA.
Implementing training reports/surveys to make sure training effectiveness measured; end to end
payment process with training vendor or deal the best training cost.

Doing monthly timesheet report for over 450 staffs (Office & production) on iHRP software.
Handle PIT for all of staff at Hiep Phuoc Plant such as registration form, tax finalization form &
necessary documents for PIT.
Updating and assuring the accurate of the employee's data on iHRP Software (updating promotion,
resignation, transfer)
In charge of Monthly HR reports (Monthly staffing, Manpower Effective and Overtime,...) for
company as well as government reports.
In charge some of culture activities/it’s budget’s control (monthly staff birthday, New year party,
Company trip, labor union activities etc.) Assisting Recruitment & Training Manager with assigned HR
