Main duties:
- Setup and running HR system of the company;
- Planning recruitment, salary, salary structure for year based on the developing of Company;
- Consulting and proposal policies for General Director;
- Recruitment, Social Insurance, C&B, Salary structure/paying, PTI, Working regulations, Labor safety, EHS, training… and registry with Administrative organ.
- Setup and running administration system of the company: Furniture/ equipment maintenance, stationery/uniform inventory, assets, other office consumables control, 5S, factory security, fire fighting, Safe control, hazardous & environment control, chemical control, Cars & petrol control, Organizing Opening/Year-End party, Special Day/Event & Meeting, Company trip, Reception, Documents keeping, catering, Visa & hotel booking….
- Organize getting ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015
- Passing yearly audits by international companies, tax department and especially yearly international audit about HR and EHS by a third party
- Others mission as assignment.

Từ 2012 đến 2014: Quản lý tại ADVANCED DISTRIBUTION COMPANY – HANOI BRANCH
- Provide administration services and support to Hanoi branch and the North;
- Purchase activities. Actively look for better suppliers at any time with the best price and purchase conditions;
- Arrangements of transportation, hotel booking, ticket,… for staff at business trips and company‟s visitors at the most convenient to the travelers and at the best rate/services according to corporate contracts;
- Organize seminars, meetings, year-end party, bonus trips and events…;
- Furniture / equipment maintenance;
- Supervise office cleaning team to make sure the most hygiene and tidiness of office/warehouse (5S);
- Office security, fire fighting & protection coordination with landlord/building management team;
- Control stationery inventory and other office consumables at the most efficient cost reduction manner;
- Administer expenses and activities of driver team (gasoline, parking / toll fee, lubricant refilling, spare-part replacement, repairing,…);
- Periodic reports related to Administration services and expenses;
- Support to Administrators of remote offices as being required;
- Ensure legal practices related to expatriates working in Vietnam to be in line with updated Vietnam law & regulations;
- Work with Social Insurance…;
- Payment requests process and petty cash control;
- Making reports to Head Office abroad...
